ABOUT Heather Forrest
Heather Forrest went to Taroona High School student and is starting at Hobart College this year. She enjoys meeting new people and being socially active and hopes to further develop her leadership skills through her involvement with the Youth Mob.
Through the Youth Mob she wants to work towards building a strong, welcoming and accepting community where everyone can be themselves and embrace culture. Heather would also like to learn more about First Nations culture and history by being on-country and doing some bush walks too.
I’m passionate about the environment and space and am concerned about climate change. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes from different cultures. I’m looking forward to getting more involved with the Aboriginal community in Tasmania.
